Questions we are asked.
What a retailer sending 2,000 to 10,000 parcels a month asks before moving carrier.
01
Are you a carrier?
Yes and no. The agreement is with us. The rates are ours, the tracking is ours, the support is ours and the claims are ours.
The vans and the aircraft are not. We buy and manage the networks that move your parcel, and we answer for what they do. You deal with one carrier and never with them.
02
What does a parcel cost?
We do not publish a rate card. What a parcel costs depends on how much you ship, where it goes and what it weighs, so we price against your own volume and your own lanes.
The conversation on our home page is illustrative, and so are its figures: an example, not a price list.
Send your last invoice to a call and we price against it, line by line.
03
Is there a minimum volume or a contract?
No minimum. Rates are always priced with your total shipping volume in mind, so the more you move with us the better they get.
04
How and when do we pay?
Two ways. Pay every two weeks in arrears, or pay every two weeks in advance.
Paying in advance earns further discounts and other benefits, which we set out with your rates.
05
What if we ship more than 10,000 parcels a month?
Your discounts grow with the volume. At that size it is worth a conversation rather than a form.
Bring your numbers to a call.
06
Where do you deliver?
Across the UK and internationally, on the networks we buy and manage in each country we serve. Tell us your lanes and we confirm which we carry.
07
How long does delivery take?
Between one and seven days, depending on the destination. Every lane is quoted with its transit time, so you know before you ship.
08
What happens at peak?
The same rate and the same cut-off, whatever the week. Your rate is blended across the year, so we absorb the networks’ peak surcharges instead of passing them on, and we do not pull the cut-off forward in November.
09
What happens when a customer returns something?
They ask for it on your own returns page, and a QR code is issued there under your name. You decide whether the return is free to your customer or comes off their refund.
Return shipping is not included: it is charged on the same rate card as your outbound parcels. There is no separate returns agreement, no portal subscription, and nothing charged for processing the return.
10
What size and weight can you carry?
Up to 31 kg to a door, and up to 20 kg to a collection point or a locker. Both vary a little by destination country.
11
What if a parcel is lost or damaged?
We handle the claim. Your AI carrier manager usually flags it before you notice, and we deal with the network on your behalf rather than sending you to them.
12
Are parcels covered, and for how much?
Standard carrier liability is included. Extended insurance can be added under a separate commercial agreement.
13
Who handles customs and VAT?
We file the declarations. Getting the data right is yours: descriptions, values and commodity codes have to be accurate, and a wrong code is what holds a parcel up.
We can also act as exporter of record, under a separate commercial agreement.
14
What do we need to connect?
A Shopify or WooCommerce store and about ten minutes of your time. Setup takes two days end to end, and no developer.
The steps are on How it works.
15
Can we run you alongside our current carrier?
Yes. Most retailers start with one lane and move the rest when they have seen a month of it.
16
Who answers when the software cannot?
The people who built it. There is no support tier, no ticket queue and no account manager to chase.
You can reach us on this page.
17
What happens to our data?
Order and address data is used to carry the parcel and to answer your customer. It is not sold and not used to train anything.
What we measure on this site is set out in the privacy notice.
