We ship 4,000 parcels a month, at £8.40 a parcel. Our average order is £45.
Saved on shipping in a year
£104,640
£2.18 a parcel, on 4,000 a month.
Every line is an estimate until we quote your own lanes.
Shipping is the rate you set, less a saving of 26%, which is the gap in the illustrative conversation above. We publish no rate card: yours is priced against your volume and your lanes, on a call.
Support, carrier admin, retention and the returns portal are estimates, and none of them is in the figure above. They assume 35 orders in every 100 ask where the parcel is and AI customer support reps answer 90 of those at £0.20 instead of £4.00; that carrier admin takes half a minute a parcel, 70% of it automated, costed at £45,000 a person over 1,760 hours; and that delivery in two days, with answers before your customer asks, lifts repeat purchase by 4%, with 3% of customers taking an add-on worth 27% of an order. The returns portal is what you stop paying a vendor: £250.00 a month and £0.08 on every return processed, on the assumption you pay for one today and that 15 parcels in every 100 come back. Figures exclude VAT. We read all of it against your own invoices on a call.
